Get involved and contribute to our mission of empowering youth and families through various programs, community art projects, and events.

Volunteering at The Empowerment Factory is a rewarding experience. This allows individuals of all ages to make a difference. From one-day events to assisting with classes over several weeks. There are flexible options to fit your schedule and interests. Additionally, whether you are delivering creativity kits to Rhode Island youth, writing cards for seniors in care facilities, or helping out behind the scenes, your contribution will be valued and appreciated.

By joining our team, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with a diverse community and make meaningful connections while supporting important initiatives. For instance, social-emotional learning, environmental education, art education programs, children’s literacy programs, after-school education programs, and more. The Empowerment Factory is dedicated to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone involved in our programs.

If you’re interested in getting involved or wanting to learn more about upcoming opportunities, simply fill out the contact form. A member of their team will reach out to discuss how you can contribute to our impactful work.
