Since 2014 individual donors, sponsors, and grantors have enabled The Empowerment Factory to deliver hundreds of after-school, in school, summer learning programs and special events for elementary children from schools in Rhode Island’s urban core. These programs have positively impacted more than 9,500 Low-Middle Income (LMI) youth, 90 percent from under-resourced communities. Our art based Social Emotion Learning programs blend creativity, self esteem and civic pride, providing children with the skills they need to be successful in school and life.

- Rhode Island Department of Education’s afterschool online courses
- COZ, PASA, RISCA, Groundwork RI and Crossroads RI
- Providence, Central Falls and Pawtucket Parks Department
Individuals can support The Empowerment Factory with your donations, sponsorships, or providing a gift from your donor advised fund. Please consider us for your year end giving or consider making a monthly donation through our PayPal link. Donations in any about are appreciated.
Companies can provide sponsorships, donate services, or provide skilled volunteers. We welcome teams of volunteers for events and projects as well as individuals as consultants, advisors and board members. TEF has a sponsorship package that will allow you to directly fund the program to which you feel most connected.
