Since 2014 individual donors, sponsors, and grantors have enabled The Empowerment Factory to deliver hundreds of after-school and summer learning programs, particularly for Title 1 Schools in Rhode Island’s urban core. These programs have positively impacted more than 5,000 Low-Middle Income (LMI) youth, 90 percent from under-resourced communities. Since March 2020 TEF’s team of educators quickly adapted to broaden our mission to remain connected, and bring Social Emotional Learning to youth via virtual and COVID-safe in-person programming to students across Rhode Island.
TEF’s generous sponsors and individual donors will make our continued engagement possible.
Everyone sees that our students’ and teachers’ success creates a powerful ripple effect felt throughout their families, schools, and communities. TEF wholeheartedly hopes you will continue to help us multiply this impact among the people we serve.
Since its founding in 2017, The Empowerment Factory has served 5000 students, with partners across the state, including:
- Rhode Island Department of Education’s afterschool online courses
- COZ, PASA, RISCA, Groundwork RI and Crossroads RI
- Providence Walking School Bus, Pawtucket Parks Department, RI
- Department of Environmental Management, Gloria Gemma,
You can support The Empowerment Factory in many ways, and we encourage interested folks to support what speaks most powerfully to them or their stakeholders. TEF has a sponsorship package that will allow you to directly fund the program to which you feel most connected.
