All events for Art in the Park (TEF)

This link (https://enrollri.force.com/Courses/courses_sitelogin) will take you to a new site being used by the Rhode Island Department of Education which allows for pre-registration beginning Jan. 5th.

As a reminder, The Empowerment Factory is a Rhode Island nonprofit, so we encourage families to register ONLY for classes they can commit to attending, since our funding structure is tied to actual attendance.

We recommend signing up on a desktop or laptop computer if possible as the mobile view of the site is missing a few things.

Instructions for Enrollment:
The above link should take you to a page that looks like the image to the right.

Step 1: Create Account
Parents must select ‘Create Account.’ You will create a Parent/Guardian account if your child is K-8. You are able to add multiple students under one account if you have more than one child interested in participating.

Step 2: Enroll in Course
Once your account is created, you will now be able to see your child’s information on the Student Dashboard. In the bottom right corner you should see an option for ‘Add Course’ where you can select your desired course.

Step 3: Locate TEF Courses
When you get to the course selection page, you may have trouble finding The Empowerment Factory. Click on “provider” and the list will alphabetize, then scroll all the way down to the bottom of the list and there you will find our classes.


Simply check the box next to your selected course and it will be added to the list at the top of the page.

Step 4: Course Prerequisites
When you submit your request, you will be directed to the Course Prerequisites page. Here you must answer the questions and continue on to the Application Summary by clicking “next”

Step 5: Application Summary
This is the Application Summary page, make sure all of your information is accurate and then click submit.

Step 6: Student Dashboard
Next you will be directed to the Student Dashboard. You can confirm the courses you are registering for here. At this point you have pre-registered and the next step is to wait for school approval.

Step 7: School Member Approval
A designated member from your child’s school has to approve the course enrollment. Through the system you will be notified of your approval into the course, or if room fills up you will be placed on a waitlist.
